What can I actually ask for?
Almost anything within reason and the law. A table tonight, a trip next month, a plumber this afternoon, a birthday for forty, a bottle that is sold out, a recommendation you can trust. If something is genuinely beyond us we will say so plainly and point you to someone better, but that is rare. For the more exclusive, unbookable side of the city, our Private Experiences service sits naturally alongside membership.
How does membership work, and what does it cost?
Membership is by application, in tiers set to how much you lean on us. Fees are agreed privately once we understand your household: a clear annual arrangement, never a percentage of what you spend, and never a surprise. Tell us how you live and we will propose the right tier by enquiry.
Is it only for residents?
It is built for people who live here, or who keep a home and a life in Berlin. The household, the calendar and the year all benefit from a team that already knows them. Visitors are usually better served by one of our stay-specific services; if you are relocating, membership tends to begin once the move is behind you.
How quickly do you respond?
Fast, at any hour. One line reaches the team, you get an acknowledgement quickly, and the thing itself as soon as it can be done. Urgent is understood: we are built to be reachable when it matters, not only in office hours.
Can I add my family or my office?
Yes. Many members put a partner, an assistant or a household manager on the same line, so any of them can ask and it is handled to the same standard, with the same discretion.
How private is this, really?
