We go through the household and the year: who's in it, what you'd hand over, how often it comes up. That conversation settles the scope and the fee.

Why us
Who we already call.
Most of what you'd hand over is one phone call to someone who knows us. The Handwerker, the florist, the Werkstatt, the front desk.
When something isn't worth doing, we say so before you spend on it, and when somebody else in Berlin would do it better, we give you their name.
The car meets the flight. The suite faces the right way. The table holds. You just arrive.
Questions
The questions we're asked most.
What does it cost?
A fee agreed before we start. Where it's one job, it's a fee for that job; where the asks are steady, it's a fee for the period. Third-party costs are billed at cost, and we take no percentage of what you spend.
What can I ask for?
Almost anything lawful and possible. A table tonight, a plumber this afternoon, a trip next month, a bottle that's sold out everywhere. When something is beyond us we say so and name someone better.
Is there anything to sign up to?
No. Nothing to join, and nothing running in the background. You ask when something comes up, we agree the fee for that piece of work, and the next ask starts the same way.
Can my family or my assistant use it?
Yes. A partner, an assistant or a household manager goes on the same line, and what we hold on file covers all of them, so any of them can ask and get the same answer.
