How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day, and usually sooner. If it’s time-sensitive, say so. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us.
What should I include in a first message?
A line or two is plenty: what you need, rough dates if you have them, and how best to reach you. We’ll ask any follow-up questions.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Asking is free and there’s no obligation. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right people to help, and what it would cost if we are.
