We’re a small team who spent years in Berlin’s hotels and hospitality, and we got good at making the city feel easy. Now we do that privately: relocation for people settling in, and quiet access to the better side of Berlin life. You ask once, and we take care of it.
Berlin keeps its better side quiet. The good flat is gone before it's listed, the good table doesn't take online bookings, and the right introduction never comes from an app. It took us years to learn how the city truly works, so that you never have to.

One point of contact who already knows the details, and nothing about you that travels further than it has to. What we arrange stays between us.

We came up in Berlin’s hotels and hospitality: concierge desks, guest relations, the quiet offices behind them. You look after all sorts of people that way, plenty of them with good reason to value their privacy. That world runs on one rule: a guest’s name is not yours to repeat.
We kept the rule when we went private. You’ll find no client list here, no photos of the people we work with, no stories told over dinner. If you need references, we can provide them. Everyone else just gets a polite smile.
