What does it cost to ask?
Nothing. Asking costs nothing, and talking something through costs nothing. A fee exists only once you ask us to take work on, and it's a fixed amount agreed before we start, never a percentage of your rent.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day, often the same afternoon. There is no queue at this end, no ticket number and no chatbot, and whoever replies is whoever would do the work.
What can I ask about?
Anything to do with landing in Berlin: the flat, the Anmeldung, a Schufa you don't have yet, moving a household or a dog, or a suite, a table and a weekend. If it isn't ours, we'll say so and name someone whose it is.
Who sees what I send you?
The two people working your request, and nobody else. We'll sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive, and references come only from clients who offered to give them.
