Relocation & Settling In

The relocation agency in Berlin that runs the whole move.

One brief, one contact, and five moving parts run in parallel until your keys are in hand.

The whole picture

Five projects, five vendors, and nobody holding the sequence.

A move to Berlin is five projects at once. The flat, the Anmeldung and the paperwork behind it, the shipment and its customs clearance, the pet, and the bank & insurance chain that only opens after you register.

Each of them runs in German, on Berlin's timetable. Most arrivals end up briefing five vendors who never speak to each other, and when one stalls the other four wait.

The workstreams

Five services, each complete on its own.

Take the whole relocation or one piece of it. The same two people run every part.

Managed Apartment Search

We handle the searching, viewings and paperwork, and give your application its best shot.

Renting Without a Schufa

No Schufa yet? We know how to present a foreign file so it's taken seriously.

Arrival Package

Anmeldung, bank, insurance, tax ID, SIM: the first-fortnight admin, sorted with you.

Managed Move

Movers, customs, timing and the fragile things that matter, all handled by one team.

Pet Relocation

Door to door, plus the paperwork, the vet and the settling-in.

The engagement

What a full relocation includes, and how it's priced.

A full relocation is quoted as one fixed fee, agreed before we start, covering every workstream you hand us.

Third-party costs sit outside that fee and are billed at what they cost: the shipper's invoice, the Kaution, the Bürgeramt charges, the airline crate. Nothing is calculated as a percentage of your rent, so the number you approve on day one is the number you pay.

Take a single piece instead and it's priced the same way. The managed apartment search is the usual starting point, and the rest can follow later without a second brief.

Why us

One plan, and every vendor working against it.

We correspond with the Hausverwaltung, the Bürgeramt and the shipper in German, from a single plan all three are working against.

A handover date that slips is re-timed once instead of renegotiated three times, and the delivery, the lift booking & the Anmeldung appointment move with it. You give us a decision when one is needed and a signature when one is due.

The keys are cut. The Anmeldung is booked. The boxes beat you there. You land, and it's done.

Questions

The questions we're asked most.

What does a full relocation cost?

One fixed fee, agreed in writing before any work begins, covering every workstream you engage us for. It doesn't move with your rent, and it isn't a percentage of it. Third-party costs, the shipper, the Kaution, the Bürgeramt charges, the airline crate, are billed at what they cost and listed separately. Full-service relocation help in Berlin has a published market range, and we'll tell you where our fee sits against it when we quote.

Can you handle one part of the move rather than all of it?

Yes, and most people start that way. The apartment search is the usual first engagement, because the flat unlocks the Anmeldung and the Anmeldung unlocks everything after it. If the shipment, the paperwork or the pet follows later, the same two people pick it up from the same plan. Nothing is handed off and nothing gets re-explained.

Can you start before I arrive in Berlin?

That's the usual case. We build the plan, open the search, watch for a Bürgeramt slot and brief the shipper while you're still packing. Viewings, applications and correspondence all run in German without you. You land into a move that has been under way for weeks.

Do you work with employers relocating a senior hire?

Yes. We invoice the company, report at whatever cadence HR needs, and keep the family dealing with one contact rather than a procurement chain. The employer sees progress against the plan; the family sees a person who answers. Where an employer covers part of the package and the household covers the rest, we split the invoice along that line.

Does the plan cover children and a whole household?

It grows to whoever is coming. A flat that works for children, Kita and school enquiries, registration & Kindergeld paperwork for every family member, the dog and its Hundesteuer. The plan lists each of those as its own line with its own date, so nothing sits waiting on a decision no one knew was due.
