Luxury & Lifestyle
A luxury weekend in Berlin, arranged for you.
One contact, one sequenced forty-eight hours, one bill at the end.
The Berlin weekend
Four bookings, four lead times.
A good Berlin weekend is four separate bookings with four different lead times.
The suite you want is one particular room behind a category name. The tasting menu released its seats weeks ago. The club door reads the hour you arrive. Booked one at a time, they land out of step.
We hold the sequence. You send the dates and the mood, and the suite, the tables and the night out get arranged around them.
The engagement
From two lines to a confirmed weekend.
Three steps, one contact, something written at each one.
-
Your brief
Send the dates, who's coming, and the mood you're after. We reply with questions rather than a form.
-
The written itinerary
Within a day or two you get the weekend on one page: which suite and why, which tables we'd hold, and the hours we've left deliberately empty.
-
The confirmed weekend
You edit it, we book it. Reservations go in under the name you give us, and one of us stays reachable from Friday to Sunday.
What you get
What the arranging fee covers.
-
One point of contact
The same person from the first message to the Sunday, in English or German.
-
The weekend in writing
One page, with the trade-offs named, before anything is confirmed in your name.
-
The parts, in order
Arrivals, tables & the night out timed so nothing collides and nobody waits.
-
Someone reachable
Through the weekend, for the late flight, the changed plan, the extra table.
-
One fixed arranging fee
Agreed before we start. Suites, tables & experiences are billed at cost, with no percentage on top.
Why us
How the hard requests land.
We don't advertise what we can arrange. The dining rooms, front desks & doors we work with know us, and that's why the hard requests land.
One team writes the itinerary and runs the weekend, so a Saturday change reaches someone who knows what Friday held.
The suite is confirmed before you board. The table holds when the flight runs late.
Questions
The questions we're asked most.
What does it cost?
A fixed arranging fee for the weekend, agreed in writing before work starts. Suites, tables & experiences are billed at cost, so the hotel's rate is the rate you pay. No percentage on top.
How much notice do you need?
A week or two lets us hold the better suites and the scarcer tables. Shorter works too. Tell us the dates and we'll say plainly what the timing allows.
Can you arrange one evening instead of a whole weekend?
Yes. One dinner, one night out, one afternoon. The fee scales with the work.
Is this for two, or for a group?
Both. A weekend for two and a milestone with a dozen guests differ in pace, rooms and table size. Tell us who's coming.
Begin
Tell us the weekend you have in mind.
The dates, who's coming, and the mood you're after. Two lines is plenty for a first answer.
