The team, and how we work.
We trained on Berlin hotel concierge desks, then went private. Two kinds of work now: relocations, and the city itself.
Where we come from
Concierge desks, guest relations, and the offices behind them.
The concierge desk, the guest-relations floor, the offices behind them: that's where we spent our years, and where the contacts came from.
A good hotel works by thinking a step ahead of the guest and fixing the awkward thing before anyone mentions it. That habit came with us. Now the building is the whole city: the landlord, the Bürgeramt, the restaurant, the vet.
How we work
Three things we hold to.

Judgement
Anyone can book a table or a viewing. Knowing which one, on which street, on which evening, is the work.

We keep quiet working relationships with Hausverwaltungen across Berlin, and they answer when we call.

Care
We look after your move, or your weekend, the way we were trained to look after a guest.
