Museum Island and the Fernsehturm in warm Berlin light

About us

A team. Never a name.

We’re a small team who spent years in Berlin’s hotels and hospitality. We got good at making the city feel easy. Now we do that privately, for a few people at a time.

Where we come from

The quiet side of the grand hotel.

The concierge desk, the guest-relations floor, the offices behind them. That’s where we spent our years, and where we learned the trade.

Years of looking after guests who valued their privacy, including families with good reasons to be careful. That work runs on a simple rule: the guest’s name is not ours to share. You learn to think ahead, to sort the tricky thing quietly, and to step back once it’s done.

We brought that habit, and the contacts, with us. What a good hotel does for a guest under its roof, we try to do for you across the whole of Berlin.

How we work

Four things we care about.

  • Discretion

Confidential by habit. You won’t appear in our marketing, and neither will anyone else.

  • Judgement

Anyone can book a table or a flat viewing. Knowing which one, on which street, on which evening, is the part that helps.

  • Access

Years in Berlin’s hotels leave you with something useful: people who still pick up the phone.

  • Care

We look after your move, or your weekend, the way we were trained to look after a guest. No detail is too small.

Who we help

Two worlds, one team.

Some come to Berlin to live, some just for a weekend. Both get the same quiet care.

The Luxury Weekend

Arrive to a well-planned forty-eight hours: the suite, the tables, the timing, all arranged.

Our one condition

Why a team, and never a name.

You won’t find a founder’s portrait here, no client list, no photos of the people we help, no stories told over dinner.

A name can be looked up, tagged, and talked about. A team can’t. Staying a team isn’t false modesty. It’s simply how we keep your privacy intact. References are there for anyone who genuinely needs them; everyone else gets a polite smile.

A move, a weekend, or a question you can’t quite place: start with a message. A real person answers, in English or German, and in confidence.
